BEF: Call to Action

Partnered with Beaverton Education Foundation, BEF, to raise money for Career Technical Programs across the Beaverton School District. Our club raised over $5500 dollars for programs and received $650 our efforts.

Portland Holi Event

Partnered with DJ Prashant and Portland's Holi Community to debut the launch of our nonprofit initiative, Gear Forward, in help of raising money for robotics kits in underprivileged schools in India. We reached over 400 individual and raised over $200 dollars to put towards this mission.

Springville STEM Night

Engaged with younger students at Springville’s STEM Night, demonstrating our robot capabilities and showcasing hardware and software functionalities. Through this event, we inspired over 350 younger students and connected with two First Lego League Teams(FLL) seeking mentorship and collaboration with our organization.

Piccolo Mondo Fundraiser

Partnered with Picolo Mondo, a toy store in Bethany Village, to raise funds for club parts and future outreaches, including our initiative to donate robotic kits to underprivileged students in India and Asia throughout. Our club sold a variety of cookies, raising over $125 dollars.

Corvallis 3D Tour

Toured Corvallis 3D, a local 3D printing LCC in the Portland Area. Through the event, we were able to gain insights on the equipment, specs, and software used to manage the different printing machines.

3D Logic Tour

Connected with 3D Logic, a 3D printing service in Hillsboro, Oregon. We were able to tour the facility and learn the process of creating DMLS & SLS products in manufacturing setting.

JFCC FLL Volunteering

Worked with FIRST ORTOP at the FLL(First Lego League) State Championships. We volunteered to support young teams across State, playing a critical role in the event logistics and competition flow. Through the event, we inspired over 80 younger students about STEM opportunities and fueled their interests outside of FLL.
